Signature Dishes
Our unique and creative approach on classic dishes makes a Kaleidoscope dish a must have at any event. They will have your guests asking for seconds and maybe even thirds!
  • Gourmet Spaghetti with fresh tri-colored bell peppers, Vidalia onions, mushrooms, carrots, roma tomatoes, herbs, ground turkey, and Brandon’s secret sauce.

  • Salmon And Spinach Dip with Pink Alaskan Salmon, dill, yogurt, mayonnaise, green onions, spices, lemon and spinach served with crackers.

  • Turkey Meatballs with spices and Vidalia onions shaped into mini meatballs sure to make your guests go wild!

  • Mixed Field Green Salad with dried cranberries, red onions, homemade candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and a raspberry vinaigrette.

  • Turkey Sliders with ground turkey, spices, Vidalia onions, patted on a mini hamburger bun with all the fixings

  • Homemade Chocolate Chunk Cookies with chunks of milk chocolate oozing in every bite. These can be made with or without walnuts.

  • Curried Beef and Caramelized Onion Tartlets perfect for an appetizer or as a hors d’oeuvre.

  • Stuffed Mushrooms with spinach, bacon and cream cheese sure to please any and everyone.

  • Broasted Chicken seasoned to perfection sautéed then roasted until golden brown.
